They're a little expensive but I was able to get a custom glass cut done very easily.
Replace glass in my shower and did a great job
Great service well established
I got the replacement part for my sliding door here. I was surprised that they have such very unique part in stock.
Great job providing a large bath mirror with the outlet hole exactly to print. Happy with the price, and it took only 3 days.
Did well replacing my windshield
They can communicate a bit better [return calls, etc], but overall they are great. They did some work for us and it was all well done
We've been very happy with Roadrunner Glass for both our car windows and now shower replacement. Nicole is super helpful and responsive. They've won our business.
Excellent! The mold strip of our sliding glass door partially slid out from the frame, the door did not slide easily and did not close all the way. I called around looking for a repair quote. Road Runner's quote was the lowest and they are close to our house. Max came to evaluate the door and told us that we need to replace the rollers and also he will have to trim the top of the door a little bit so that the rollers will fit. He will look and find the right rollers for our door and let us know. Couple days later I got a call from Road Runner letting me know what the price will be, then I checked around to compare the quote and Road Runner's was the lowest. Max came out and replace as he told us all by himself. I was amazed that he could handle it all by himself where as the other company I talked to said that there will be 2 people doing the repair. It has been almost 2 months since we had it repaired and the door has been working great. I would use Road Runner for any future repairs, if any, and will recommend using Road Runner for glass repair needs to any one.
Incredible, I called about 9am told them what i needed, was replacing glass for a bookshelf, they gave me a qoute, great price so I ordered the glass. About an hour later they called and said it was ready for pickup, At lunch picked up my order and done. The company I called before Road Runner took a message and said they would call back, have yet to hear from them, (the Glass Doctor).
Rude but efficient. Needed a sliding window roller for an old window, brought in the CRL part number. They ordered it from a local distributor and had it the following day. Good service. The guys there are somewhat rude and abrupt, but if you know what you want it minimizes the interaction.
Fast Service. Nice Employees. Great Work!
These guys were great! Prompt, efficient and cost effective. I got a recommendation for Roadrunner from the local Home Depot. I had to replace a single pane window that was fairly large (45" x 28") and didn't want to attempt it myself. On craigslist I called a guy that wanted $130 + $50 for the glass, so Roadrunner won on price. Tony and Ben showed up, and had the glass fixed up in 15 minutes. They were able to work from the truck and only needed to enter the house to access the window. I would go with this company again.
Used them to replace my broken shower door. The guy who came to fix it was honest. Gave me options on how to save money by replacing one of the glass panels instead of the entire door. I eventually decided to replace the entire door and he got it done in less than an hour!
